1. Who we are
Sealed Calls (sealedcalls.com) is run by [company legal name] ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By requesting access, reading the site, using the API or posting calls you agree to them.
2. What Sealed Calls is
Sealed Calls is a publisher and a record keeper. It seals each market call the moment it is made, timestamps it in Bitcoin, publishes it the same way to every reader, and scores it by fixed published rules.
We are not a broker-dealer or an investment adviser. Nothing on the site is personal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Calls and scores are general information that does not take anyone's situation into account. Do your own research, and talk to a licensed professional before you invest. [lawyer: confirm the publisher exclusion applies and whether any disclosures are required]
3. Readers
- Access is by approval during early access. Your access link and the access key inside it are personal; don't share them. We can turn a link off.
- You can read calls in your browser, through the feed, the API and the MCP server, and with AI assistants you connect. That is for your own use. Don't republish or resell the calls or scorecards in bulk, or use them to build a competing service.
4. Analysts who post calls
- Your calls are your own opinions. We don't check, endorse or pay for them.
- You promise that you have the right to post what you post, that it isn't based on material non-public information, and that you follow the laws and rules that apply to you, including any requirement to disclose your positions.
- Don't post calls to move a price you are trading against, and don't post anything false or misleading. We may remove analysts who do.
- Every call you post is permanent. It stays public and scored, wins and losses, and cannot be deleted; that is the point of the ledger. We may hide a note that breaks the law or these terms, but the call keeps its place in the ledger.
- You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, permanent licence to publish, display, score and distribute your calls and profile as part of Sealed Calls.
- Your caller key is like a password: keep it private.
5. Filings desk calls
Calls from our filings desk follow fixed published rules applied to public SEC filings. They are general information and are not advice for anyone.
6. Scores, prices and the ledger
Scores use prices from third-party sources, which can be wrong or late. When we find a mistake we fix it with a visible correction in the ledger; we never rewrite a past entry. Bitcoin timestamps are made through the public OpenTimestamps service. Past results don't predict future ones.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't try to get around access controls, rate limits or security.
- Don't overload the service or scrape it instead of using the API or feed.
- Don't use Sealed Calls to break the law, including securities laws.
8. Prices
Sealed Calls is free during early access. The Reader and Analyst plans shown on the home page are planned prices.
Nothing is charged until you choose a paid plan. Before paid plans start we will email you at least 30 days ahead with the price and what it includes. You can cancel at any time, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, email us at [contact email, e.g. support@sealedcalls.com] and we will delete it as described in the privacy policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or that we are required to close by law. Where it is reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. The service is in early access and we may change it, limit it or stop offering it; if we stop, we will give you notice where we can.
10. No warranty and limits on liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [state], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in [county, state], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
13. Contact
